Sculpture + Installation
Aleksandra Scepanovic's sculptural practice investigates the lives materials carry beyond their original purpose. Through reclaimed industrial objects, natural elements, clay, paper, and light, she creates works that examine transformation, resilience, and the shifting relationship between bodies, memory, and the built environment.
Whether intimate sculpture or immersive installation, each work begins with a conversation between material and place. Rather than erasing an object's history, Scepanovic allows its previous life to remain visible, revealing how traces of function, labor, and time continue to shape new forms and new meanings.
