Curatorial PRACTICE

Curated Exhibitions

My curatorial practice grows from the same questions that shape my sculpture: What remains after a place has changed? How do spaces carry memory? Through Site Seen, I invite artists to engage these questions collectively, transforming overlooked buildings into temporary destinations for contemporary art.

Kingston, NY | August 2025

Presented in a former tattoo parlor reimagined as a temporary contemporary art space, Of Needle and Nerve brought together more than 30 artists exploring permanence, transformation, resilience, and the marks we carry. The inaugural Site Seen exhibition established the organization's commitment to activating overlooked spaces through ambitious, site-responsive exhibitions.

Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY | May 2026

Installed inside a former retail space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Of Grit and Grid brought together artists investigating systems, repetition, labor, and the structures that shape contemporary life. The exhibition emphasized dialogue between architecture and artwork, inviting visitors to encounter the site as an active participant in the experience.

Connelly, NY | October 2025

Housed within a vacant marina overlooking the Rondout Creek, Of Hull and Hush transformed an expansive industrial waterfront into a temporary landscape of sculpture, installation, sound, and performance. Featuring more than 40 artists, the exhibition explored themes of stillness, memory, and the lingering presence of place.

Esopus, NY | June 2026

Occupying a long-vacant Dollar General store in Esopus, Of Frame and Fallow gathered more than 50 artists whose works responded to transition, adaptation, and the afterlives of everyday spaces. Through sculpture, installation, painting, video, and sound, the exhibition transformed a familiar commercial interior into a temporary destination for contemporary art.
